Delivery & shipping

We deliver Great Choice orders across Dubai, Sharjah and the wider UAE. Standard delivery is normally completed within 2–3 working days after order confirmation and stock verification.

Delivery charges

Standard UAE delivery takes 2–3 working days. Delivery is free for orders of AED 500 or above; a fixed AED 35 delivery charge applies below AED 500.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, our team will share a delivery update using the phone number or email entered at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the order.

Bulk and project orders

Large quantities and project deliveries may require a dedicated vehicle and agreed schedule. Request a quote for accurate timing and transport costs.
